- The maximum weight for the activity is 120 kg. The individuals should have a minimum height of 120 cm and a maximum height of 190 cm in order to participate in the activity.
- A minimum of 2 people are required to book the package.
- Children ages 9 -11 years of age will be charged a child ticket.
- Participants above 12 years will be charged an adult ticket.
- Depending on the wind conditions, the parasailing may be replaced by a ski tube for safety reasons.

Cancellation policy

Refund Policy

Your entitlement to a refund for canceled bookings is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions.

- If we are managing or arranging a refund for a canceled booking on your behalf it will not be paid to you until the Supplier provides the reimbursement to us, and we will not be liable for any delay on the part of the Supplier.
