- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
- Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, water bottle with you.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations.
- This activity is not allowed for 3 months pregnant women and anyone that has had major surgery.
- Before starting the tour, see a doctor. While on the journey, keep a first aid kit and basic prescriptions with you.
- It is advised to pack adequate warm clothing and the appropriate footwear for the tour. As you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the lodging, etc., the recommended baggage weight is 60 litres.
- Rates may change as services or hotels change. If the package is changed before the trip starts due to a rise in the number of passengers, a change in the hotel, etc., the client is responsible for paying the difference in price.
- While travelling, kindly dress in weather-appropriate attire.
- It is necessary to abide by the state government's guidelines. Keep your distance from society. Use of a mask and frequent hand washing are advised.
- If the trip or a specific activity cannot be completed for any reason, whether natural or personal, no reimbursement will be processed.
- To enjoy a secure tour, pay attention to the tour leaders and instructors.
- The package does not include any entrance costs for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, entrance fees for monuments, camera fees, permits, etc.
- The package price is subject to GST.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
- Mobile Network: Only Postpaid network (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) is active in the region.
- As medical services are easily accessible the first two days, an oxygen cylinder and backup vehicle will be given starting on day three.
- The package does not include any admission costs for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, entrance fees for monuments, camera fees, permits, etc.
- All tourists are urged to bring along a copy of their medical certificate, if applicable.
- The cost of re-transporting the bike to the destination if the rider abandons it in the midst of the journey is the rider's responsibility.
- Before each trip, give your bikes a thorough inspection. Inform the tour guide of this.
- Always have your driver's licence with you, wear a helmet and other safety gear when riding a bike, etc.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
- 1st Installment: Token amount of 25% of the total package cost is to be paid as a booking fee.
- 2nd Installment: 50% of the total amount or total flight booking amount whichever is higher.
- 3rd Installment: The remaining amount of the total package cost is to be paid within 15 days of traveling.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and Refund as per the term and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure - Cancellation fee will be 25% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 10 to 20 days before departure - Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellation made within 10 days of departure - Cancellation fee will be 100% of total package cost.
Refund Policy
- The applicable Refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.
- All the Applicable refunds will be done in the traveler payment source account.
