• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
• Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, water bottle with you.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations.
• This activity is not allowed for 3 months pregnant women and anyone that has had major surgery.
• Before starting the tour, see a doctor. While on the journey, keep a first aid kit and basic prescriptions with you.
• As medical services are easily accessible the first two days, an oxygen cylinder and backup vehicle will be given starting on day three.
• It is advised to pack adequate warm clothing and the appropriate footwear for the tour. As you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the lodging, etc., the recommended baggage weight is 60 litres.
• Rates may change as services or hotels change. If the package is changed before the trip starts due to a rise in the number of passengers, a change in the hotel, etc., the client is responsible for paying the difference in price.
• While travelling, kindly dress in weather-appropriate attire.
• It is necessary to abide by the state government's guidelines. Keep your distance from society. Use of a mask and frequent hand washing are advised.
• If the trip or a specific activity cannot be completed for any reason, whether natural or personal, no reimbursement will be processed.
• To enjoy a secure tour, pay attention to the tour leaders and instructors.
• The package does not include any entrance costs for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, entrance fees for monuments, camera fees, permits, etc.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
• Manali & Srinagar sightseeing is not included in the package.
