Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
- 1st Installment: Token amount of 25% of the total package cost is to be paid as a booking fee.
- 2nd Installment: 50% of the total amount or total flight booking amount whichever is higher.
- 3rd Installment: The remaining amount of the total package cost is to be paid within 15 days of traveling.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and Refund as per the term and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure - Cancellation fee will be 25% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 10 to 20 days before departure - Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellation made within 10 days of departure - Cancellation fee will be 100% of total package cost.
Refund Policy
- The applicable Refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.
- All the Applicable refunds will be done in the traveler payment source account.
