- At the Château de Versailles, there are often two lines: one for purchasing tickets and the other for going through security. You cannot bypass the security check queue with this ticket; you can only skip the ticketing queu.
- In the Château of Versailles, security checks are required of all visitors.
- The entrances and exits of the Palace of Versailles and on the Trianon Estate are distinct and well-marked to prevent tourist overlap.
- Youth aged 0-18, residents of the European Union aged 0-25, and persons with disabilities can enter Château de Versailles for free.
- On the first Sunday of every month from Nov-Mar, entrance to the Château de Versailles is free.
- All guests above the age of 11 must wear masks. Visitors are required to bring their own masks; none will be sold or given out on the premises.
- You must arrive during the time period you have chosen. No admission will be permitted outside of the selected time frame.
- Please note: On days when the Musical Fountains Shows and the Musical Gardens are available, the access to the gardens is free only for children aged 0-5. If you do not have a ticket including the Musical Fountains Shows and the Musical Gardens, you will have to pay an extra fee.

Cancellation policy

- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a refund.

Refund Policy

Your entitlement to a refund for canceled bookings is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions.

We will be entitled to deduct our service fee from any refund we receive on your behalf before remitting the balance to you.
- If we are managing or arranging a refund for a canceled booking on your behalf it will not be paid to you until the Supplier provides the reimbursement to us, and we will not be liable for any delay on the part of the Supplier.
