• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
• Damage of any items will be charged.
• Activity will postponed due to weather conditions.
• Any personal expenses are not included in the package 
• Children aged 0-12 yrs will be charged under child price.
• Children aged 13+ yrs will be charged same as an adult price.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• After leaving the location, you are not permitted to re-enter.
• Both kid and senior tickets require identification (such as a birth certificate or passport).
• No flippers, facemasks, or external flotation devices are permitted in the swimming pools.
• Please wear clothing that complies with the waterpark's dress code.
• After the theme park closes, you are welcome to stay inside and enjoy the hot springs and spa at night. You must buy a Lost World Hot Springs Night Park ticket if you left the park and then want to return to use the hot spring and spa at night.
• Seniors (those 60 years of age and over) may use the child ticket as their entry ticket.
• Meal voucher can be used in all restaurants except Tutti Fruity.
• Obtain immediate confirmation. Please let us know if you don't get a confirmation of your reservation.
• At the main entrance counters 1 or 2, present this coupon in exchange for your park access wristband, activity, and lunch vouchers.
• For Lost World Trail and Lost World Super Saver packages, kindly refer to each package's details on the redemption location for your activities and meal vouchers.
• When redeeming, indigenous Malaysians must show their MyKad.
• Please be aware: Parking can be accessed for RM1.
• Due to the physical activity involved in this programme, please dress in athletic gear and wear athletic shoes.
• To get to the viewpoint, there are 8 checkpoints along the trail and a 15-minute segment of jungle trekking.
• There are 630 steps to ascend.
• If you want to avoid the crowds on weekends, holidays, or public holidays, get there before the park opens!
• The Lost World Of Tambun is divided into a total of 8 themed zones, including a petting zoo, hot springs, and the Lost World Water Park. Be sure to set aside enough time to experience everything it has to offer.
• Before enjoying a splashing good time at the water park, start with the dry zones like the petting zoo and Lost World Amusement Park. Continue visiting till dusk and finish your day with a restorative soak in the hot springs.
• Except for Malaysian school and public holidays, the theme park part is closed on Tuesdays.
• Please visit the Hot Springs and Spa just before leaving the park since after you leave the Hot Springs and Spa area, your wristband will be taken off and you won't be able to access the rest of the theme park.
• Children who are 90 cm or shorter in height are admitted free of charge. Persons aged 0 to 12 and taller than 90 cm are eligible for child tickets. You can use the child ticket as your entrance ticket if you are 60 years of age or older.
