Navigation and activity information guide
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Bringing an extra set of dry clothes is recommended for this tour.
- There is no age limit to participate, although it is recommended for ages 6 to 70
- All participants must be no less than 48 inches (120cm) in height
- This exercise is not advised for anybody who has undergone major surgery, has a broken leg or arm, suffers from chronic back or neck discomfort, is more than three months pregnant, or has any of the aforementioned conditions.

- For every rafting excursion, helmets and life jackets are given.
- You can find everything you need in the base camp, including lockers, showers in the changing rooms, and a minimart where you can buy any last-minute snacks or supplies.
- Before you leave to return home, towels and showers are available.
- Participants must be able to swim and weigh no more than 120 kilogrammes to participate in the white water rafting.

Cancellation policy

Refund Policy
