• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
• We shall not be liable for itinerary changes brought on by uncontrollable events such as altered airline or train schedules, cancelled flights or trains, natural disasters, political unrest, etc.
• You cannot begin the Chadar Frozen River journey without a medical certificate; you will not be permitted to proceed without one.
• For reasons of safety, women who are more than three months pregnant, people who have undergone major surgery, people who have broken legs or arms, people who have persistent back or neck discomfort, etc., should not participate in Chadar Trek activities.
• Airport pickup and drop-off can be scheduled upon request for an extra fee.
• Trekking at night is quite risky and might result in unfavourable situations.
• Every hiker has an obligation to preserve the tranquilly of the environment. Therefore, it is important to avoid littering and destroying the beauty.
• During the walk or at other times, try not to annoy or bother the residents.
• Any expenses resulting from unanticipated events such as landslides, blocked roads, inclement weather, medical bills, etc.
• You will be provided with an alternative experience to validate your trip in Leh in the event that the trek is cancelled for any cause other than those beyond the operator's control.
• If the Trek or a specific activity is not completed for whatever reason—natural or personal—no refund will be issued.
• In the event that the number of people, the hotel, the itinerary, or any other reason warrants a modification in the package, the customer should bear the difference in cost.
• The cost of any subsequent costs will be met by the traveller in the event that they want to end the trip early. Such choices and any refunds are not the responsibility of the operator.
• The cost of the package will not cover liability for itinerary changes brought on by events beyond our control, such as modifications to aircraft and train schedules, cancellations of flights or trains, political unrest, natural disasters, blockages, etc. For any service or facility that is missed, there will be no bill paid.
• If, during a trip, landslides or other uncontrollable circumstances cause roadblocks,  operator will immediately reschedule the itinerary for the travellers; however, the expense of alternate lodging will be borne by the customer, as the pre-booked hotels enforce their cancellation policies and are not refundable.
• Carry Head torch, Rain cover, Extra pair of socks, Toilet paper & wipes, Walking stick, Water bottle, Backpack with waterproof linings, Fleece jackets and thermals, Led torch (with extra batteries), Lightweight quilt or blanket, Mosquito & insect repellent, Waterproof windcheater, Woollen cap, socks, mittens & scarf, Warm clothes and Caps.
