Navigation and activity information guide
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
- Children aged 1-5 can join this activity free of charge
- Child ticket: Aged 6-12
- Children between 0-11 months old can join the class but must be under supervision by their parents/guardian at all times.
- Maximum of 01 child can join this activity free of charge. Child ticket will be applied for 2nd child.
- Please let the cashier know about your dietary preferences.
- You will have time to eat the meals you made after class.
- Please arrive at our cooking class at 09:00 for the morning class or 14:30 for the afternoon class. You will need to wait for the second and last dishes if it is 20 minutes late.

Cancellation policy

- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a refund.

Refund Policy

Your entitlement to a refund for canceled bookings is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions.

We will be entitled to deduct our service fee from any refund we receive on your behalf before remitting the balance to you.
- If we are managing or arranging a refund for a canceled booking on your behalf it will not be paid to you until the Supplier provides the reimbursement to us, and we will not be liable for any delay on the part of the Supplier.
