- SkyHelix Snack Bar offers non-alcoholic beverage redemption points, and SkyHelix Retail Kiosk (located near SkyHelix Sentosa's exit) offers souvenir redemption points. Beverage and souvenir redemption must be done the same day as the visit.
- Please be aware that seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. No alterations will be accepted once a time window has been chosen.

Cancellation policy

Refund Policy

Your entitlement to a refund for canceled bookings is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions.
