- The instructions provided by the instructor before and after the activity must be followed by the participants
- Those who are between 1.05 and 1.2 metres tall or who are 12 years old or less may only ride if an adult is supervising them.
- A standard non-alcoholic beverage or a souvenir are included with every paid ride on SkyHelix Sentosa.
- SkyHelix Snack Bar offers non-alcoholic beverage redemption points, and SkyHelix Retail Kiosk (located near SkyHelix Sentosa's exit) offers souvenir redemption points. Beverage and souvenir redemption must be done the same day as the visit.
- Please be aware that seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. No alterations will be accepted once a time window has been chosen.
- SMFLG retains the right, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to revoke, modify, or add to the terms and conditions or product offerings.

Cancellation policy

Refund Policy

Your entitlement to a refund for canceled bookings is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions.
