Navigation and activity information guide
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge.
- Mobile and DSLR photography is permitted, but only for personal, non-commercial use.
- In the Mail Hall Qasr Al Watan, you can also find restaurants and gift stores.
- There are separate spaces for men's and women's prayers.
- Before entering the palace, kindly turn your mobile devices to mute.
- 30 minutes before to the start of the Palace in Motion (Light show), admission is prohibited.
- The venue does not permit the consumption of outside food or beverages.
- Except for assistance animals with proper documentation, pets are not permitted within the venue.
- The Visitor Centre Car Park offers valet parking for AED 80 per hour. Every day of the week from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, it is accessible.
- No bags or cases larger than 500 X 350 mm are permitted within the palace.
- Only Abu Dhabi residents and foreign visitors need to present an RT PCR Report and a vaccination certificate while using the Al Hosn app.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are available for rent at the Visitor Center. Strollers cost AED40, while wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge.
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Cancellation policy

- Changes and cancellations of confirmed bookings may incur fees from Suppliers in addition to our service fees. Supplier's fees are outlined in their relevant terms and conditions.
- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a refund.

Refund Policy

Your entitlement to a refund for canceled bookings is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions.

We will be entitled to deduct our service fee from any refund we receive on your behalf before remitting the balance to you.
- If we are managing or arranging a refund for a canceled booking on your behalf it will not be paid to you until the Supplier provides the reimbursement to us, and we will not be liable for any delay on the part of the Supplier.
