Booking Policy

1st Installment: Token amount of 25% of the total package cost is to be paid as a booking fee.

2nd Installment: 50% of the total amount or total flight booking amount whichever is higher.

3rd Installment: The remaining amount of the total package cost is to be paid within 15 days of traveling.
Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and Refund as per the term and conditions.

Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure - Cancellation fee will be 25% of the total package cost.

Cancellations made 10 to 20 days before departure - Cancellation fee will be 50% of total package cost.
