- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
- At the moment of arrival, every foreign national must provide information on their passport and visa.
- Damage of any items will be charged.
- Any personal expenses are not included in the package cost.
- Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge.
- Visitors aged 4 to 11 are eligible for child tickets.
- Visitors above the age of 12 must use adult tickets.
- Personal luggage are not permitted on the Sky Deck due to safety concerns.
- Under-18 participants must be accompanied by an adult. In the absence of parents, Menara Kuala Lumpur maintains the right to revoke tickets.
- Participants must be in good physical condition, have strong hand-eye coordination, and be able to walk alone.
- Check-in is necessary 45 minutes before to the time listed on the KL Tower tickets. Each session is allotted 40 minutes: 10 minutes for the briefing and the harness-putting process, 20 minutes for walking at TW 100, and 10 minutes for the harness-taking process.
- A fixed-day ticket means that it will only be valid on the day you have specified and won't be carried over to the following or any other day.
- Pants and secure, flat-soled shoes are required. There are available storage lockers on-site.

Refund Policy
