Navigation and activity information guide
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- Installing the TraceTogether app and promptly updating their health status on it are requirements for travellers. When accessing some tourist destinations, visitors may be requested to provide proof of their health status.

- Travellers must board specific VTL aircraft in order to enter Singapore without having to go through quarantine under the VTL (Vaccinated Travel Lanes) programme. Within two days (48 hours) of the flight's departure, a professionally performed Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test. At the Singapore Airport, another PCR test must be performed.
- In the event of cancellation, the package's activities and tickets are not refundable.
- Due to a cap on visitors at some locations, the activity dates cannot be adjusted. In the event of a change in plans, the traveller must pay an extra fee for the activities.

Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
- 1st Installment: Token amount of 25% of the total package cost is to be paid as a booking fee.
- 2nd Installment: 50% of the total amount or total flight booking amount whichever is higher.
- 3rd Installment: The remaining amount of the total package cost is to be paid within 15 days of traveling.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and Refund as per the term and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure - Cancellation fee will be 25% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 10 to 20 days before departure - Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellation made within 10 days of departure - Cancellation fee will be 100% of total package cost.
Refund Policy
- The applicable Refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.
- All the Applicable refunds will be done in the traveler payment source account.
