- On Dhulandi (Holi), the monuments and museums will be closed.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
- After making a reservation, you must provide the number on your ID card (a valid passport, voter's ID, driver's licence, Aadhar card, student ID card, or photo PAN card) to receive a voucher for a reservation confirmation.
- Entry tickets are not refundable.
- Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
- Student has to show respective school/ college original I -Card at the time of entry to the respective monument and in case of group of student discount, shall bring signed application on original letterhead to respective monuments to avail the student discount.

Refund Policy

Your entitlement to a refund for canceled bookings is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions.

We will be entitled to deduct our service fee from any refund we receive on your behalf before remitting the balance to you.
- If we are managing or arranging a refund for a canceled booking on your behalf it will not be paid to you until the Supplier provides the reimbursement to us, and we will not be liable for any delay on the part of the Supplier.
